I give it 4 stars because, although it is a perfect console for passing the time, there are some details that should be taken into account:
- The memory card that comes with the console is of questionable quality, which may lead to problems in the not-so-distant future. My recommendation is to replace that micro SD card with one of higher quality. They just need to back up their computer and transfer all the files to the new card. There are tutorials on how to do it and it's quite simple.
- Some games cannot run very well. They become slow. It's a matter of seeing which games this console supports.
- The battery can be a bit inaccurate in terms of its charge percentage.
Other than that, it's a very versatile, complete and fun console. It has too many games already, and you can add many more as long as you have space on your micro SSD.

I was unable to speak with the seller directly unfortunately.
It meets expectations and there are really many games installed, fun to relive everything!
One minor point is that, in my opinion, the speaker could have been better. This one makes a bit of noise and is therefore annoying.
All the same, the device arrived within the expected time.
I thought I had bought the 256 GB one, but I got scammed so make sure to check the capacity.

Playing with headphones sounds excellent.
I purchased mine on sale with a hard case, which i would recommend getting. While the r36s will fit in most pockets, i would recommend keeping it in a case to preserve the joysticks.
The screen protector that was included in the box did not adhere to the screen well,so i have discarded it.
Expect to spend extra money on a branded micro sd card to replace the stock sd card, which is a cheap sd card that is notorious for failing relatively quickly. I would recommend using a samsung evo. Also, follow some tutorials on how to transfer the data and update the arkos operating system. It can take a couple of hours if it is your first time but it is worth doing.
Otherwise the screen is great. The plastic shell is cheap, but still more robust than i was expecting. The buttons are a bit firm and clicky but still fine. This is a solid budget handheld device.
