Note: Be very careful when charging the device, do not use any other type of charger. I had a problem after the first day of use where the device wouldn't turn on anymore. So I had to buy the Torx T3 keys to be able to open the device, and only then was I able to fix it by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes and reconnecting it, and after waiting for 1 hour of charging, I was able to turn it on again.
My only real complaint is that the aspect ratio of 1:1 is kind of weird for some indie games, but i don't really mind it otherwise.
Either way, it's a really good console and experience so far, using the muos cfw
I'm not a big player but as far as I can judge it works. The games are good and the menu is well-organized.
Old childhood memories come to Alex Kid, but I miss Sonic or Super Mario, or maybe I haven't found them yet.
The product itself is in excellent condition without any damage.
No issues with the product
For horizontal PSPs, the screen size becomes small, but for home-use hard drives, the screen size is just right.
The graphics are smooth and the game I want is running well. Highly recommended.
The game doesn't have what I want, and I can't find Mario either.
The chipset was a bit buggy, so I couldn't use it and returned it.
It's affordable and I like it. I'll buy again next time. Sell a lot!

Mine wouldn't power off at one point and i had to let the battery drain completely before it would turn back on.
It's not a dealbreaker, just something that can happen with these devices.
Best to charge it with a regular 5v charger instead of a fast charger, as the power chip doesn't always work properly with qc/pd chargers.

The console is wonderful, you can play perfectly from Atari to PS1, and as an extra, some PSP and Dreamcast games work as well. The best part of this console is the screen format; its shape is very comfortable and its size is quite compact for carrying anywhere.

Console with a square screen, ideal for playing GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameGear, PICO8, NeoGeo Pocket, NeoGeo Pocket Color, NES, SNES games or vertical arcade games.
Performances consistent with other XX models, and construction quality very reasonable for the price (approximately 51 euros). Excellent grip thanks to its comfortable handles and very practical L1/L2/R1/R2 trigger placement for the PS1.
The steering wheel is soft and precise, contrary to what I expected. I had a very annoying issue with delay in the controls, which was resolved after adjusting a latency option.
Game Boy Color fits perfectly, I had no issues with PS1 or DS, although the DS could adjust the screen better. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to adjust one screen to be larger and the rest to be smaller, which would be quite useful.
The audio is stereo and very nice too. The projection of the image on the screen through the HDMI cable was as good as I imagined, despite the work involved in configuring some things for it, except for the DS which doesn't give me the option to change the screen ratio that always leaves it stretched. I really enjoyed the purchase.
It is very pretty and fits very well in the hand.
In terms of performance and price, RG40 is better.

However ps1 max and portmaster. Dreamcast is just painfull to play. I was hoping to play some iconic shmups from the dreamcast era but there's just no way. But for the price i've got decades of fun!

As i use it mostly for 90s gaming i don't really need psp, nds etc (plus i have ndsi xl which is so easy to mod that it's by far the best and cheapest way to play all nds).
This does run dreamcast way better than the g350 / r36s though. That for me is a huge perk as i love crazy taxi which ran poorly on my g350.
I tried knulli custom firmware on the cubexx from online advice, it was bad advice. Stick with the stock firmware, it doesn't look nice, frontend is no where near as nice as emulationstation (pan4elec on g350 is amazing). But knulli on the cube xx just lost loads of game compatibility and kind of sucks.
Moving back to stock and it's a superb device.

Stockos isn't that bad, if you like it, try moded stockos (especially bcs better calibrated sticks).

Included memory card is trash, it's fast but speed is spiking as hell.
If you plan playing a lot ps1/psp/dreamcast or purely racing games, consider upgrading sticks to hall efect ones, it's night and day difference (i would say any racing is unplayable with stock sticks)
Included dimensions of the main face buttons for modding.
Definitely better than the 4:3 ratio 3.5 inches.

However, my cube xx arrived with a small defect—something inside the casing seems to have come loose and is rattling around. But it doesn’t affect the device’s functionality in any way, except that sometimes it blocks the l1 button

The screen quality is better than previous models, avoiding light bleed issues. Overall, it’s a solid budget-friendly option for retro gaming, especially for game boy advance fans.
